My Story
My Story
My name is Anna, an Italian-Venezuelan who came to the USA, 20+ years ago, looking for a better future and pursuing the American Dream!
My name is Anna, an Italian-Venezuelan who came to the USA, 20+ years ago, looking for a better future and pursuing the American Dream!
I graduated in law school and practiced as an attorney for many years, in Caracas-Venezuela, but I always had an art vocation. I love to sculpt, craft, drawing, painting and create, since I was a child. One day I decided I wanted to bake and decorate cakes, so I took some classes, started practicing, and embarked on this journey of the sugar craft. What started as a hobby today is my passion and it’s very important to do what makes you happy. It’s a dream come true and everything that it is made with love, it's well made, is delicious, and is beautiful.

I have completed all levels of the Wilton school courses in the United States. As well as different workshops and classes with renowned pastry and sugar artists such as Karen Marie Portaleo, Reva Alexander-Hawk, Nicholas Lodge, Marta Hidalgo, and others. I always try to prepare, train, and update myself to be able to offer the highest quality standards.
